Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

½ Pound extra lean ground beef

½ Pound lean ground pork

6 Slices crisply cooked bacon crumbled

1 Teaspoon onion powder

1 Teaspoon garlic powder

1 Tablespoon ketchup

1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce

1 Teaspoon Worchester Sauce

1 ½ Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 Package of 20 eggroll skins

White of one egg

Combine the ground beef and pork and cook in a large skillet. Drain the cooked meat and place in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the eggroll skins and egg white) to the bowl and mix well. Lay an eggroll skin on a flat surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the centre of the skin. Fold one side over the mixture then brush the remaining 3 edges of the eggroll skin with egg white then fold the second side over the first overlapping by a ¼ inch and press to seal. Firmly pinch both ends closed, making sure all seams are closed tight. When all eggrolls are completed they may be cooked in a dep fryer at 350 for about 2 minutes on each side until brown and crispy or cooked in oil in a frying pan.
